Food intolerance

Everyone knows the Food Allergy. There is also a pathological mechanism called FOOD INTOLERANCE that is distinguishes from the food allergy. FOOD INTOLERANCE is caused by continuous consumption of a specific food over several days to several months, increasing intestinal permeability that may exceed the limit of macrophage processing (immune response). This pathological mechanism is also associated with chronic fatigue, hair loss, and various diseases.

Food Allergy can occur when you eat only small amount of certain foods, while FOOD INTOLERANCE occurs only when you eat in excess.

Knowing about the comparison between FOOD ALLERGY and FOOD INTOLERANCE is an important issue.
